What does your membership include?

As of now our membership includes shooting and editing tutorials, PS Actions and Digital Backgrounds. This membership is all inclusive meaning you will have access to ALL of my extras including PS actions, overlays, digital backgrounds, and any other file I use during each tutorial.  These extras are found in the "resource" tab. 

Photo editing software IS NOT included.


What editing software is recommended/required?

Users should have access to Adobe Photoshop. In order to ensure that there are no issues with any of the content, the most up-to-date version of this editing software is best.  We recommend the "Creative Cloud" iterations.  

Some actions, overlays, and steps taken will NOT work with Photoshop Elements.  Users will need the full version of Photoshop to achieve the results seen in our tutorials.

For some of the add-ins in my images I use Pixelsquid.

 

What is the difference between the six-month and annual memberships?

The two main differences are cost and content. Only 12 month members will have access to ALL the Digital Backgrounds.

There is a price break for choosing the annual membership.


I'm having issues accessing the content/loading the site.

Many users experience issues depending on the browser they are utilizing to access the site.  Please note that Google Chrome is the most compatible with our hosting site. 


The videos are blurry, and I'm having trouble reading some of the information.  How do I fix this?


Out tutorial videos have been viewed on multiple devices, via multiple platforms, browsers, and internet providers.  If you are having an issue with video quality, it is most likely an isolated event.  Please first check that you have the highest viewing quality selected in the viewer menu.  You can do this by clicking on the settings wheel on the bottom panel.  

If this doesn't help, please wait a bit as it is most likely an internet provider issue.  Slow internet can cause poor video quality.


Does my membership automatically renew?

Since we don't want our members to miss out on any amazing new releases and specials, it does!  However, you can change your membership or cancel at any time!


I want to change or cancel my membership. How do I do this?

You can do this at any time by simply navigating to Dashboard > Billing > Change Plan.  No need to contact us!


Do you offer refunds?

We have a strict "no refunds" policy due to the nature of our digital products. However, you are free to cancel at anytime.
 

I want to ask follow up questions about one of the videos or tutorials.  How do I do that go about asking?

Instructors cannot provide additional information free-of-charge.  However, you can join our private Facebook group and ask fellow members your questions.
